Stilwell Stradale is a private automotive club offering garage condominiums, a dedicated test course, and a comfortable social environment for enthusiasts. The facility is also community-minded, with plans for events and outreach that extend its impact into the surrounding area.

Our master plan, in conjunction with the privately held Stonegate Motorplaza, includes 100+ garage condo's and a 1.6+ mile long course designed for testing your car and honing your skills in an environment which is safe and secure.  The total memberships available are slated to a small number providing a very flexible schedule to meet the demands of our discerning clients.

Every detail at Stilwell Stradale has been designed around three principles: privacy, service, and community, provided through our partnership with Late Entry Motorsports.

Auto Spa & Concierge Service — A dedicated team to safeguard and maintain your collection. From climate-controlled storage to detailing, your vehicles receive the attention they deserve.

On-Site Maintenance & Upgrades — Factory-trained technicians and specialists available for scheduled service, performance upgrades, and pre-event preparation — all without your car ever leaving the property.

Driving Coaches & Engineers — Experienced coaches and engineers are on hand to sharpen your skills behind the wheel and optimize your car's setup with professional data-driven feedback.

Clubhouse & Social Spaces — A private clubhouse, restaurant, walking trails, and a landscaped fishing pond with water features create an atmosphere where members can unwind, connect, and enjoy the estate beyond the garage.

 The property has been approved and all permits have been issued. As we prepare for the next phase of development, we are not yet accepting deposits or releasing detailed membership information.
